The color-coated board is light in weight, beautiful in appearance, good in corrosion resistance, and can be directly processed. (1) The remaining materials used in the decoration project should meet the design requirements; the purchased parts without design requirements should meet the standards promulgated by the state. The metal plate shall have a quality assurance certificate, a performance test report and a certificate of conformity.
(2) Before purification and decoration, the indoor space needs to be clean and dust-free. Metal wall panels and accessories should be stored in a clean environment and laid flat on a moisture barrier to prevent deformation. Pre-painted boards and accessories should be unpacked in a clean environment. Do not install substandard or damaged products.
(3) The installation of the metal wall panel partition wall should be smooth and the vertical joints should be tight. The fixed and suspended parts of the ceiling can only be connected with the main structure and cannot be mixed with equipment and pipe racks. The surfaces of wall panels and ceilings should be smooth, free from dust, corrosion, impact and easy to clean.
(4) The yin and yang corners of the floor and wall of the clean room are r=50mm aluminum alloy rounded corners, sealed with silicone sealant. R fillet installation needs to be straight and tight.
(5) All sealed windows, clean doors and partition gaps should be sealed with silicone.
(6) Strictly implement the acceptance standards for concealed construction and decoration, and make quality assessment records.
