1. According to the metal surface material on both sides: usually thin steel plate with color coating (referred to as color steel plate), galvanized iron plate, stainless steel plate, antistatic plate, corrosion-resistant plate, etc. can also be seen. The nominal thickness of the metal surface material is generally 0.5 ~ 0.7 mm.
The most common color steel plate on the market is the commonly known color steel plate. It needs to first process the surface of the thin steel sheet substrate, apply a special coating (the front of the substrate needs to be coated with at least two layers), and finally bake and cure it to make it Has good corrosion resistance and decorative properties.
2. According to the core material: it can be divided into molded polystyrene foam board (EPS), extruded polystyrene foam board (XPS), rigid polyurethane foam board (PU), rock wool board (RW), slag wool board (SW), glass wool board (GW), as well as paper honeycomb core board, aluminum honeycomb core board, gypsum board, glass magnesium board, etc. Two different core materials can also be combined, common rock wool + glass magnesium board or rock wool + gypsum board, single-sided and double-sided stacking. Typically used where increased strength or fire resistance is required.
3. According to the production process: it can be divided into machine-made board and hand-made board. The mechanism is relative to the manual, and the manual board also needs to be machined. It is differentiated according to the number of processes that require manual operation and some accompanying characteristics.
The mechanism board has the advantages of one-time molding, short production cycle, fast production speed, and relatively low price. At the same time, the two metal panels and the frame keel are connected by a bite, which is relatively firm. However, due to the limitation of processing equipment, the size cannot be customized at will, and the core material of the machine board in the width direction will be exposed to the outside world, so it cannot be used in places with high cleanliness requirements.
4. According to size: the development of metal surface sandwich panels has formed several standards, among which the thickness of metal surface layer is 0.5, 0.75, 1.00 mm, and 0.25, 0.35, 0.00 mm. 45, 0.55, 0.60, 1.50 mm and other special specifications. Common sheet widths are 980 mm, 1180 mm (handmade sheet), and 950 mm, 1150 mm (machine sheet), and can also be made into any width from 900 mm to 1200 mm according to customer requirements. The length of the sheet is generally ≤ 6 m.
