2. Surface layer: The surface of the steel wallboard is sprayed with electrostatic powder, or the pre-roller coating process can be selected: thermal transfer technology or lamination process can be used for textured surfaces such as wood grain, stone grain, and leather grain.
3. Core material: gypsum board, calcium silicate board, corrugated board and honeycomb board of corresponding specifications are used according to the design requirements. The main functions of the core material: (1) Keep the facade flat. (2) Increase the impact strength of the wallboard. (3) Avoid the generation of cavities, and there is no empty drum sound when struck.
