The veneer is made of thin slices cut from wood, stone, metal, etc., which are pasted on plywood, fiberboard, particleboard and other base boards after hot pressing. The full name is decorative veneer veneer plywood, which is simply skin + base board = decorative panel.
The wood veneer is made of solid wood. The wood is processed into wood chips with a thickness of about 3mm, and a layer of protective paint is painted on the surface, which is attached to other wall materials.
Wood grain metal plate is to imitate the wood grain texture, and through post-processing, a layer or plane or facade of wood grain texture is attached to the surface of the metal plate.

The material of wood veneer is solid wood, while the material of wood grain metal plate is metal plate + wood grain film.

The processing method of wood veneer is that the solid wood is sliced and then painted with protective paint, while the wood grain metal plate is a method of high temperature hot pressing.
3. Different pricing methods
The price of wood veneer is mainly determined by the type of solid wood used. The more expensive the wood type, the higher the sales price. The price of wood grain metal plates is mainly determined by the number of customizations, modeling textures, specifications and dimensions.
4. Different product performance
The performance of wood veneer is relatively poor in fire resistance, moth-proof, moisture-proof and waterproof, while wood-grain metal plate has multiple performances such as compression resistance, wear resistance, moisture resistance, waterproof, fireproof, anti-corrosion, environmental protection and so on.
5. Different application fields
The shape design of wood veneer is limited, and the scope of application is not as wide as that of wood grain metal plate. The wood grain metal plate can be applied to the outer wall, inner wall, suspended ceiling, inner layer of cornice, etc. of various tooling and home decoration.
