After the color-coated board is surface treated, it needs to be painted to meet the color requirements and achieve an effect of anti-corrosion. However, the coating has special requirements for the environment. Specifically, let’s take a look at the following.
1. When painting color-coated boards, try to avoid construction in direct sunlight, and do not apply in dusty places.
2. The working environment should be clean, dry and ventilated. Construction can only be carried out when the ambient temperature is 5°C or above and the relative humidity is below 85%. If any limit is exceeded, immediate action should be taken, otherwise construction will not be allowed.
3. During the outdoor construction of the color-coated board, when it is raining, foggy, dewy or the surface may be wet, stop the construction.
4. Avoid working in strong wind; when working in hot weather, avoid the influence of cooling airflow. When working in this environment, only use brushing and do a good job of dustproofing.
5. Wet surface coating is strictly prohibited; the dew point temperature depends on the combination of the relative humidity of the environment and the air temperature.
