To avoid the above defects, please pay attention to the following:
A. The coated color steel plate shall be transported with special tools, and cannot be lifted directly with wire rope, and it shall be handled with care, so as not to make the coated color steel plate touch other sharp and hard objects
B. During transportation, the coated color steel plate shall be fixed and shall not be stacked over the standard
C. There may be burrs on the cutting edge of the coated color steel plate, so when taking the coated color steel plate, it is not allowed to drag or pull to avoid scratching the next coated steel plate
D. The surface coating of coated color steel plate is easy to be damaged by sharp objects. It is recommended to use paper pad and other protective objects when moving after processing
E. The coated color steel plate cannot be directly stacked on the ground, but should be placed on the flat ground with a special base to avoid deformation and warpage of the plate.
F. The coated color steel plate should be placed indoors at normal temperature, and should not be stored in the open air to avoid rusting of the plate surface due to water leakage, or softening of the film due to high temperature, and hardening of the film due to low temperature. If it needs to be stored outdoors for a short time, the surface of the coated color steel plate should be covered with rain-proof cloth and other protective articles. However, it should not be stored outdoors for a long time. Overlapping stacking cannot exceed two packaging units
