1.Product Description
PCM uses special steel coils as raw materials. Due to the high requirements on the surface of PCM, PCM with top coat is usually used in high-quality polyester paint, which needs to be clean and free of impurities. In order to improve the durability of household appliances, especially for door household appliances, high-performance silicon-modified polyester coatings and fluorocarbon coatings can also be used.
2.Application
According to different production processes, pre-coated steel coils can be divided into PCM and VCM with printed film. PCM is used for doors of refrigerators, washing machines, freezers and other appliances, appliance side panels, microwave ovens, video discs, TV back panels; VCM is mainly used for refrigerator doors, washing machines and other appliances
PCM has cold rolled sheet, galvanized steel sheet and aluminum sheet.
