The weight of the different coatings of the existing type I and type II products can be specified according to ASTMA463 (type I products are made in aluminum liquid containing about 8% silicon, and type II products are made in industrial pure aluminum liquid. The substrate of color-coated board is mainly type II).
Hot-dip galvanized aluminum alloy steel sheet (trade name: Galfan) is a hot-dip plated steel sheet product containing Zn-5%Al-mixed rare earth alloy. The existing coating weight range is 50～350g/㎡ according to ASTMA875 and Euronorms.
Hot-dip Al-Zn alloy steel sheet (trade name: Galvalume) is a hot-dip plated steel sheet product containing 55% Al-1.5% Si-43.5% Zn alloy. According to ASTMA792, the existing coating weight is AZ50(0.50oz/ft2)～AZ60(0.60oz/ft2), or correspondingly AZ150(150g/㎡)～AZ180(180g/㎡).
Electrogalvanized steel sheet (Electrogalvanized) is an electro-galvanized coated steel sheet product. The maximum weight of the existing coating can reach 180g/㎡.
