Aluminum plate coating process

The flatness of the color film on the surface of the laminated board is high, and the color can be divided into high gloss and matte. The film-coated board is characterized by a high degree of color simulation, and the quality and grade of the film-coated process vary greatly. In addition to all materials, it is also related to its color film quality and pasting process.
For example, the quality of the color film is not good, the color of the laminated steel plate is not beautiful, there is color difference, or there are stripes, and various defects will appear if the workmanship is not good.
The surface treatment process of coated steel plate is as follows:
Laminates are available with primer and backcoat. The back paint is mainly used to prevent rust and make it last longer.
The surface of the coated steel plate is uniform and smooth, and there are no phenomena such as stripping, shrinkage cavity, scratching, and falling off. However, there are no air bubbles, pits and inclusions on the surface.
