The color steel lamination method is to heat-press the metal sheet with the plastic film on the laminating machine after the surface is pretreated. The process can be divided into the following steps:
1) Surface treatment of metal plate: Surface treatment of metal plate In order to laminate the film and the metal plate firmly, the surface of the metal plate needs to be pretreated first, that is, to remove the oil and sundries on the surface. For tinplate, because the surface is relatively clean, it can be cleaned by vacuuming.
2) Metal plate conveying: conveying the metal plate Before the surface treatment of the metal plate, the coil should be unrolled, and after the surface treatment, the metal plate should be sent to the laminating equipment for lamination. These jobs are all done with conveyors.
3) Lamination film printing: printing of lamination film The lamination film can be printed in advance according to the needs of users. The printing of plastic film is currently a very mature process, which can print patterns of various colors. The printed film is rolled into rolls for ease of use.
4) Laminated film delivery.
5) Pressurize the upper film.
6) The lower membrane is pressurized.
7) Thermal lamination: In thermal lamination, the plastic lamination film and the metal plate are fed into the middle of the upper and lower lamination rollers at the same time. Under the action of the pressure and high temperature of the upper and lower rollers, they are melted together.
8) Trimming of waste film.
9) Lamination quality monitoring: After the lamination is completed, the quality monitoring of the lamination will be carried out immediately, and the surface of the lamination will be automatically checked for blisters, separation, discoloration and other problems. Improve quality.
10) Waste film recycling: waste film trimming Cut the surrounding waste film after lamination, and directly send the waste film to the waste film recycling device.
11) Laminated board winding: film-coated board winding The trimmed film-coated board is sorted or wound so that it can be sent to the next canning process.
