Combination prefab house is a brand-new concept of environmental protection and economical prefab house. It is a kind of light steel as the skeleton, sandwich panel as the enclosure material, space combination by standard modulus, and the components are connected by bolts, which can be easily and quickly. By assembling and disassembling, it realizes the general standardization of temporary buildings, environmental protection and energy saving, fast and efficient construction concepts, and makes temporary buildings enter the field of stereotyped housing products that can be industrially produced, can be stocked, and can be used for multiple turnovers.
Adopt vertical and horizontal walls to support roof load. The spatial rigidity of the house is ensured by the continuous hexahedron formed by the longitudinal and transverse walls and the roof. If the interval between the horizontal walls is greater than 6 m2, slab columns should be added.
The plates are connected together by aluminum profiles, metal connections and aluminum rivets with a spacing of 200mm2, and the plates and the ground are connected by expansion bolts and grooved metal parts. The roof panel and wall panel of the whole house can be regarded as a hinged connection between the wall panel and the wall panel, like a box structure with an opening downward and several vertical and horizontal partitions inside.
Due to the light weight of the house, the self-weight is about 50-70kg/m2, and the transmission to the ground is about 150kg/m2. The self-weight has become a very unimportant factor for the foundation. Therefore, no special foundation is considered in the design, but only the concrete floor is directly connected to the wall panel.
