Color steel tiles are made of film-coated steel plates and pressed into tile shapes by a pressing machine for factory floors or wall enclosures. Because of its customizable colors and simple installation methods, many factory buildings will choose color steel tiles. Next, let’s take a look at why some color steel tiles have been used for more than 10 years without fading.
Generally, color steel tile substrates are galvanized substrates. If customers have special requirements, the use of aluminum-zinc substrates can also be customized. Under normal circumstances, the thickness of the substrate is 0.3mm-1.0mm. Under normal circumstances, the zinc content of the substrate will directly affect the rust degree of the color steel tile. During production, we will select the required substrate according to customer requirements.

①The performance of color film
Many decoration parties have special requirements for the performance of the color film, such as water, fire, easy cleaning, wiping, etc. Therefore, the performance of the color film is more important for the use of the coated steel plate.
②The degree of curing of the color film
The curing degree of the color film directly affects whether the color film of the color steel tile will deform and fall off when it is subjected to external force. This is one of the key factors. The color film itself is one of the key factors to protect the color steel tile from rusting. Once the color film falls off, the color steel tile will rust immediately. We once did an experiment to verify the T-bend experiment of the color film curing of the color steel tile. Under the same conditions, the color steel tile is folded in half. In the bending experiment, one fold is 0T, two folds are 1T, and so on. After 3T, our color steel tile did not have the color film cracking phenomenon that did not appear under the microscope, which means that the color film of the color steel tile has a good degree of curing.
