1. Corrosion resistance
The film used in the coating material is a non-metallic material, which can be used as a container for storing concentrated acid and alkali, so there is no problem with corrosion resistance and solvent resistance. The only difference is that the adhesion of the products made by each brand manufacturer is uneven.
2. Anti-aging
The aging resistance of the laminated board mainly depends on the coating material of the outer layer. Different types of coatings have different anti-aging effects. The mainstream is PVDF, ASA and other materials tested by the National Building Materials Testing and Testing Center for more than 15,000 hours.
3. Waterproof
The reason why the film-coated board has the function of resisting water condensation is that there is a temperature difference inside and outside the house. If it directly contacts the cold color-coated board, it will cause water condensation. Water dripping in spring and autumn, especially in grain warehouses, affects the stored grain and causes mildew. The film-coated board has a very thick film layer, and the water vapor cannot contact the cold steel plate, so the phenomenon of water condensation will not occur.
4. Thermal insulation properties
Insulation is mainly based on the principle of reflection and heat dissipation. One is that the film itself blocks infrared and ultraviolet rays in sunlight. The second is to add a layer of reflective alloy aluminum in the film, and the aluminum itself dissipates heat quickly. Therefore, the combined thermal insulation performance of several items is very good, and the temperature is 8 to 10 degrees lower than that of the color-coated board.
