If we choose unqualified metal wall panels, it is mainly reflected in the following aspects:
1. The surface steel plate is made of non-hot-melt galvanized steel plate, which has poor corrosion resistance. After a long time, the surface paint will fall off, which cannot be seen in a short time;
2. The surface coating is non-high-voltage electrostatic powder spraying, the coating strength is low, the coating thickness is thin, and the scratch resistance is poor;
3. The surface flatness is poor, there are particles, the coating is uneven, and there will be waves in the backlight;
4. The backing material is not well compounded with the surface steel plate, which may be degummed and hollow;
5. The overall strength is low and cannot reach the Class A fire protection specification.
