(2) The composite plastic film is also very common, including PP, PE, PET, PVC, etc. The color of the film is fully transparent, white and metal wood grain, etc
(3) In order to compound the film with the metal plate, the surface of the metal plate is pretreated first, that is, to remove the oil and sundries on the surface. Generally, it can be cleaned by dust suction.
(4) Before the surface treatment, the rolling plate shall be unfolded. After the surface treatment, the metal plate shall be sent to the cladding equipment for cladding. All these works are completed by the conveyor.
(5) The thermal cladding sends the plastic composite film and the metal plate into the middle of the upper and lower cladding rollers at the same time. The upper and lower rollers generate a high temperature of 250 ℃ under the heating system of the thermal cladding device, which makes the plastic film melt together under the pressure and high temperature of the upper and lower rollers.
(6) Film coating quality monitoring After the completion of lamination, the quality monitoring shall be carried out immediately to automatically check whether there are blisters, separation, discoloration and other problems on the surface of the lamination board. If there are problems, the feedback shall be made immediately and the parameters shall be automatically adjusted to improve the quality.
(7) Waste film trimming: cut the waste film around the coated film, and directly send the waste film into the waste film recycling device
(8) Laminate winding The trimmed laminates are sorted or rolled for the next process.
