Coated steel sheets can be divided into roof panels, wall panels, floors and ceilings according to the different areas of application. According to the application, we use the film-coated steel plate as the wall decoration board, and the overall architectural decoration effect is good. Coated steel sheet has excellent overall properties, high impact strength, chemical stability and excellent electrical properties; high resistance to stamping, high heat resistance, flame retardant and other levels.
Color coated steel plates are usually classified in a variety of ways according to the application site, plate wave height, lap structure, and material. Common classification methods are as follows:
(1) Classification according to application parts – divided into roof panels, wall panels, floor decks and ceiling panels, etc. In use, the film-coated steel plate is used as the wall decoration board at the same time, and the architectural decoration effect is relatively novel.
(2) Classification by wave height – divided into high wave plate (wave height ≥ 70mm), medium wave plate (wave height 70mm) and low wave plate (wave height 30mm)
(3) Classification according to substrate material – divided into hot-dip galvanized substrate, hot-dip galvanized aluminum substrate and hot-dip galvanized aluminum substrate.
