1. Water spray: nucleation caused by fine water mist (mixture of water and steam or water and air) when the pure zinc solution on the surface of the galvanized color-coated sheet does not solidify. Liquid zinc that does not solidify diffuses to form spangles.
2. Surface blow molding method: When the pure zinc layer on the printed color galvanized sheet is about to solidify, if the zinc crystals can grow smoothly through the surface by steam flow or sulfur dioxide flow, a larger pattern can be obtained. The method can also form a dense oxide film and improve the corrosion resistance of the galvanized layer.
3. Wire mesh method: This method is only suitable for galvanized sheets, and is used to contact the surface of the wire mesh and the zinc layer with the magnetic roller to achieve this purpose. Since the contact part of the stencil node cools first, the solid particles in the junction first form nuclei. Another type of zinc liquid that does not solidify, that is, the nuclei begin to expand outward, forming spangles.
