Performance introduction of double-sided anti-corrosion and heat insulation tile

Double-sided anti-corrosion and heat-insulating tile is a metal roofing material with film technology. It uses special steel plate or aluminum plate as the substrate, and the front and rear sides are compounded with anti-corrosion, heat insulation, heat preservation and sound insulation materials.
The two principles of reflective heat insulation and barrier heat insulation work at the same time, which greatly blocks the conduction of heat, and its heat insulation effect can meet the needs of most users.
Both sides of the substrate are pressed and bonded by a polymer film at a high temperature of 200°, which is completely bonded to the surface of the substrate. The substrate surface material can well protect the substrate even in the environment of strong acid and alkali.
The double-sided film-coated anti-corrosion board has good sound insulation and anti-corrosion performance, and the foam material in the board plays the role of sound insulation and shock absorption, blocking the transmission of noise or the noise generated by vibration. The noise of simulated rainfall test shows that under the same conditions, the noise is equivalent to that of 5 cm foam tiles, which is 1/3 of that of color steel tiles.
