The color-coated galvanized sheet is coated with a layer of metal zinc in order to prevent the surface of the steel sheet from being corroded and prolong its service life. Therefore, the quality of the product is related to the service life of the steel sheet. Only the color-coated galvanized sheet with good quality can last a long time in the market. So what are the quality inspection standards for this product:
1. Packaging: It is divided into two types: galvanized sheet cut to length and coiled galvanized sheet. It is usually packaged in iron sheet, lined with moisture-proof paper, and tied with iron waistbands on the outside, so that the binding is firm to prevent the interior color-coated galvanized sheets from rubbing against each other.
2. Specifications and dimensions: The relevant product standards list the recommended standard thickness, length and width of the color-coated galvanized sheet and their allowable deviations. In addition, the width and length of the board and the width of the roll can also be determined according to user requirements.
3. Appearance: The color-coated galvanized sheet has different surface conditions due to different treatment methods in the coating process, such as ordinary spangle, fine spangle, flat spangle, no spangle and phosphating surface.
4. Galvanizing amount: The galvanizing amount is a commonly used and effective method to express the thickness of the zinc layer of the color-coated galvanized sheet. There are two types of galvanizing with the same amount of galvanizing on both sides (that is, equal thickness galvanizing) and two types of galvanizing on both sides (that is, differential thickness galvanizing). The unit of galvanizing amount is g/m2.
