The storage, transportation and loading and unloading of color-coated boards are important links that affect the quality of color-coated boards. Due to improper operation, various defects such as scratches, embossing, corrosion, etc. may occur during storage, transportation, and loading and unloading. For the occurrence of various defects, some precautions in operation are given below. For specific regulations on storage, transportation and handling, please refer to the relevant materials or consult an expert. Quotation of color coated board
The product should be stored in a dry and ventilated indoor environment, avoid open storage and storage in places prone to condensation and large temperature changes. Products should be stored in a clean and tidy environment to avoid corrosion by various corrosive media. The ground of the storage place should be flat, free of hard objects and have sufficient load-bearing capacity. Horizontal steel coils should be placed on rubber pads, skids, brackets and other equipment, and the strap locks should be facing upwards, not directly on the ground or on transport tools.
In order to avoid crush injury, steel coils are generally not stacked and stored. When steel plates are stacked and stored, the number of stacking layers should be strictly limited, and the weight and size of the plate package should be placed below. The mechanical properties and some coating properties of color-coated sheets, such as pencil hardness, T-bend value, impact power value, etc., may change with the extension of storage time, so users are advised to process them as soon as possible. The storage place should have enough space for the use of lifting equipment.
The storage location of steel plates and coils should be reasonably organized for easy access, and unnecessary movement should be minimized. The product should be shipped according to the condition when it leaves the factory, and the original packaging should not be opened at will. When loading and unloading, a rubber pad should be added between the spreader and the product to avoid bumps, and a special spreader should be used under conditions. The carriage of the transport vehicle should be cleaned, the floor of the car should be covered with rubber pads or other protective equipment, and necessary protective measures should be taken around the carriage to avoid indentation or bumps on the packaging.
Vertically packaged steel coils should also adhere to the vertical during transportation and loading and unloading. The product should be fixed and strong to avoid relative movement or tumbling during transportation, resulting in product damage or accident. The steel plate should not be delayed when it is taken out, so as to avoid the impact of the hair generated during cutting and cutting to damage the underlying steel plate. The steel plate should be handled with care and do not touch other hard objects.
