Due to the great development of the construction industry, the curtain wall buildings of the last seventies have risen. Today, the design and molding of the curtain wall constitute a means for architects to express the inspiration of architectural art with the characteristics of the times. The crystal clear glass curtain wall occupies a large share in the building curtain wall. However, the share of metal curtain walls in curtain wall projects is also not small. Among the metal curtain walls, there are many curtain walls made of aluminum veneer materials. The surface of the aluminum plate is covered with film and can be processed into any color. Usually, embossing and marble patterns are often seen. They appear on the wall of the building alternately with the glass curtain wall. It attracts people’s attention, highlights the overall style of the building, and realizes the architect’s artistic inspiration.
In the metal curtain wall, the aluminum plate material is extremely used, almost covering public buildings, such as office buildings, hotels, commercial plazas, convention centers, airports, etc., while the use of film-coated steel plates in the curtain walls of these public buildings is almost zero. However, the use of film-coated steel sheets is extremely large in industrial building walls and even roofs due to its unique advantages. In recent years, some creative architects, maybe they know the advantages of coated steel plate, have tried to use the coated steel plate as the material of metal curtain wall in the design of public buildings, and achieved the expected design effect.
For example, last year, the Wal-Mart Commercial Plaza in Changshu City, Jiangsu Province with a construction area of 81,000 square meters, which was constructed by Shenzhen Jiaxin Decoration Design Engineering Co., Ltd., used a large area of film-coated steel plates as curtain wall materials, and completed about 250 square meters of color steel plate metal. (2) The colors of the curtain wall panels can be colorful. The architects use a certain curtain wall to draw a beautiful and vivid pattern in combination with the location of the building and the local culture, or to express the history, or the contemporary, or a specific region. culture. All of these can be prefabricated in advance and then installed and formed in an orderly manner to achieve the architect’s ideal design effect.
(3) The film-coated steel plate plate and the transparent and bright glass plate are designed by the designer to mix and match to form a unique curtain wall, which shows the inspirational charm of the designer.
(4) In the film-coated steel plate curtain wall, filling with thermal insulation material can achieve a good thermal insulation effect, and open up a new way for saving energy and forming a green and innovative wall.
