The reason why TPO fusion tiles are waterproof

TPO fusion tile is composed of thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) waterproof membrane, polymer multi-layer co-extruded adhesive film and hot-dip galvanized steel plate. TPO waterproof membrane has excellent weather resistance, aging resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and tear resistance, and can effectively resist extreme environments such as ultraviolet rays, high temperature and low temperature. The polymer multi-layer co-extruded adhesive film has strong bonding ability and can tightly combine TPO waterproof membrane with hot-dip galvanized steel plate to form an integrated waterproof and anti-corrosion composite plate. Hot-dip galvanized steel plate has excellent corrosion resistance after hot-dip galvanizing treatment and can resist the damage of corrosive substances such as acid, alkali, and salt spray.
