The commonly used coatings for color coated steel plates are polyester (PE), followed by silicon modified resin (SMP), high-weather polyester (HDP), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), etc. The coating structure is divided into two coatings and one baking. With two coats and two bakes, the coating thickness is generally 20-25u on the surface and 8-10u on the back. The external use of the building should not be lower than 20u on the surface and 10u on the back. The commonly cited standards for color coated steel sheets are American ASTM A527 (galvanized), ASTM AT92 (aluminum-zinc), JIS G3302, EN/0142, Korea KS D3506, Baosteel Q/BQB420.
The strength of the color steel plate depends on the material and thickness of the substrate, and depends on the coating (galvanized amount of 318g/m2) and surface coating. The coating includes polyester, silicone resin, fluororesin, etc. The structure has two coats and one bake, two coats and two bakes, etc. The maintenance-free service life can be 20-30 years depending on the environment and atmosphere.
